Release Muscular Tension + Heal Injuries Faster

After I injured my spine to the point where it looked like the S bend underneath your kitchen sink, I needed to learn a thing or two about how to heal my injuries.

I realised that a major cause of injury in the body is habitual holding of excessive muscular tension.

But releasing tension wasn't as simple as just stretching my tight and tense spots.

I needed a deeper approach to re-awaken and free my body of tension, so I could move free of pain and injury.
