I know this because I spent the last 15 years trying every method I could. And I learned that flexibility training is a big topic that you need to be educated on for a better chance of success.

It’s based on my trials, errors and successes, not some book full of fancy sounding theories.

Why Become More Flexible?
Having a flexible body that can move freely into the positions you need for daily life is super important.
Ample flexibility enhances activities like martial arts, yoga, rock climbing and other sports, and let’s not forget about ageing more gracefully … With a flexible body, just about everything in life is easier. Wouldn’t you agree?
There’s many reasons to want to have a more mobile body – here’s why I chose to begin my flexibility journey, as I faced a debilitating spinal injury.

It’s never too late to begin improving your mobility. I’ve witnessed dramatic transformations even in people who start practicing in their 60’s. So whether you’re as rigid as rigor mortis, or looking to take your mobility further, there is hope.
There was a time when I could barely even touch my toes!!!
My body was so tight and full of tension, and it led to a having a spine that felt like it had more kinks than the pipes under the kitchen sink.
I knew I needed to learn how to get flexible fast, but most approaches didn’t really make any big changes to the way I could move my body. Sure they felt good at the time, but I woke up the next day and the freedom I worked so hard for the day before was all but gone.
So I set off on a journey to discover what it really takes to improve flexibility, not just for my body but for many different types of bodies.
After many years of research, lots of practice and noticing what worked with many other peoples bodies. I gained some powerful insights about what works and what’s pure b/s when it comes to enhancing flexibility.
I wish I knew then what I know now, about how to become flexible fast – without getting injured in the process.
But it warms my heart to know that I can support you to avoid the mistakes I made.
